Hey Steve,
The Pro Tools PC is powerful, incredibly fast, and it has NEVER failed. You do NOT need a Mac to get the performance you need. PTPC is less expensive and just as powerful. It is so nice to start a Pro Tools session in less than 2 minutes (boot up to pressing play). The computer shuts down in less than 10 seconds.
The computer was ready for me to load my plug ins and virtual instruments. Everything else was pre loaded for me. Your customer service is perfect and I thank you for ALL of your help.
I could not have come close to building this by myself. THANK YOU PTPC!

I love my
PTPC. It has changed my life. When you are not afraid to turn on your 'clunker'
and fear another session getting sacked due to
outdated,
under performing technology, you begin to embrace switching on the computer as
if it were Christmas.
I have
mostly been working on old PT music files from the Musical I am writing, and
upgrading them into PT12.
The PTPC
has not given me a moments problem.
The system
you put together for me, was a decision I am happy I made. To not have to
share one instrument plug-in with multiple tracks is great. I can't
believe how much I can do
that I
couldn't do before with my old HP system.
I
appreciate too, that you are there for me if and when I DO have a problem.

Finding a high-end work computer was a major hurdle in starting my career as a composer and producer. I needed something that could efficiently operate large Pro Tools sessions as well as a host of various plug-ins. The Mac Pro is often seen as the go-to machine for situations like this, but I found the price to be insurmountable. Not to mention it's laden with expensive features I have no need for.
The Pro Tools PC was the solution to all my problems. Made inexpensively but not cheaply, I cannot imagine there ever being a product like this that gives you more bang-for-your-buck. The performance of the machine has been stellar. I've never encounter a single performance problem with it and now feel sorry for all those poor fellas who felt it necessary to pay far more for a Mac Pro (and this is coming from a someone who identifies as a Mac person).
To top it all off, I've always felt like I was in great hands due to the second-to-none customer support. Steve has offered continued support long after I purchased my PTPC and always responds quickly and thoroughly, regularly going beyond the call of duty.
I run one of the busiest audio production facilities in NYC. We create and produce music, radio and mix TV for Ad Agency networks, Fortune 500 clients and TV networks. Our systems need to be bulletproof. That's why we went to Pro Tools PC. Their systems are more powerful and more dependable than what is available form Apple and their customer service and support blow anyone else in this space away. Working with Steve and Pro Tools PC was the best equipment decision I've made.

I reached out to Steve Gilliland of PTPC when my Rain Livebook laptop became incapable of keeping up with the demands of my location recording business. Steve couldn't have been more helpful in putting together a portable system that met my needs and budget constraints. In the rare cases when after sale problems occurred (usually involving my trying to add new SW to the system) I could always count on Steve to stand behind the product and patiently work with me until the issues were resolved. In my view that level of service is exemplary. I fully expect to purchase addition systems from PTPC in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Just wanted to let you know how much I'm enjoying the PTPC you set up for me last year. It worked amazingly well with my old MBox2Pro (blue box) and PT11 through the year, until the MBox started dropping out once it got warm.
That gave me the impetus to turbo charge the PTPC and install an RME HDSPe AIO. I can't thank you enough for recommending RME. Sweet, sweet results. Every install went seamlessly, ProTools and Sibelius recognized the AIO without issue, and I'm running my little 24-instrument symphony via Vienna Ensemble and MIR with completely smooth sailing so far.
Thanks again for such a well-built machine (I almost typed "instrument" -- really that's more what it feels like) and great support.
